Community Overdose Action Team

Public Health – Dayton & Montgomery County actively promotes policies, creates systems, and provides services, that enable residents to live a healthy life.

The Community Overdose Action Team seeks to reduce the number of people dying from drug overdoses, and drug abuse. It is a collective impact model, that brings together recovery services, healthcare providers, hospitals, the justice system, and police and fire agencies to develop strategies and programs to help those who use illicit drugs.
