The focus of the Tri County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board is to enhance the quality of life for residents suffering from mental illness or chemical dependency through the provision of comprehensive community programs in Mercer, Paulding and Van Wert Counties. This is accomplished through contractual agreements with local providers to ensure services are available, accessible, affordable, and appropriate to the clients needs.
