Foundations provides outpatient behavioral health services to assist individuals with mental health & substance use disorders.
Foundations provides high quality behavioral health services for all ages of individuals and their families. Our services are provided in the office, home, community, or school-based settings. We will utilize our clients’ natural support system along with community services to best help them achieve their goals for the future. These services include counseling, case management, recovery support, clubhouse activities, crisis intervention, & psychiatric services. Services can be done individually as well as with the family and can be provided in an intensive manner to work towards stabilization.
